- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number once the product is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines
- We partner with reputed courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on the customer’s location.
- Remote or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values as per company promotions.
4. Tracking and Delivery
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

- Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of order. Changes in address post-shipment may not be possible.

- In case of missing or defective items, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery for assistance and resolution.
