• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation email along with a tracking number once the product is dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

• We partner with reputed courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on the customer’s location.
• Remote or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Tracking and Delivery

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

• Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of order. Changes in address post-shipment may not be possible.
