At Prateetya Electronics (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, returns, and cancellations.
1. Product Orders and Cancellations
- Orders once placed can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@prateetya.com with the order details.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds for Products
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong product delivery, or non-functionality due to technical faults verified by our support team.
- To initiate a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase and product details.
- After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are not applicable for products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Service Cancellations and Refunds
- For repair or development services, cancellation requests will only be accepted before the commencement of work.
- Once the service has started or resources have been allocated, refunds will not be issued.
- If a project is canceled mid-way due to unavoidable reasons, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed work and incurred costs.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customized or made-to-order electronic products
- Firmware or software development services
- Consultation or design services already delivered
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
